Terms of Service

Acceptance
By using ReImaginalo, you agree to these Terms of Service. ReImaginalo helps sellers, small businesses, resellers, and creators turn casual photos into more polished product-style images.
Account and sign-in
You may need to sign in to upload images, manage credits, view generated results, or manage billing. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in access secure.
Uploaded photos
You keep ownership of your uploaded photos. You give ReImaginalo permission to store, process, and display those photos to provide, maintain, protect, and improve the service and generate results. Our handling of personal data is covered in the Privacy Policy.
AI output
Subject to these terms and your payment obligations, you may use the AI-generated output for your own product listings, marketing, stores, social content, and related commercial uses. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing them and for making sure they accurately represent the item, product, or subject being shown.
Credits, subscriptions, and payment
Payment processing is not currently enabled. Before accepting payments, ReImaginalo will identify its Merchant of Record and update these terms accordingly. Once enabled, paid subscriptions will automatically renew for each billing period unless canceled before the next renewal. Plan limits, renewal timing, included credits, and usage rules will be shown at checkout or inside the app.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel a paid plan according to the controls available in the app or through the billing flow. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period. Refund eligibility, failed generations, unused credits, and renewal handling are described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Acceptable use and AI image safety
Do not upload content you do not have rights or consent to use, including images of identifiable people without their permission. Do not use ReImaginalo to create or process illegal, sexual, exploitative, harassing, deceptive, impersonating, infringing, or non-consensual content, including unsafe content involving minors or intimate imagery. Do not abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload the service. ReImaginalo is built for polished clothing image presentation, not prohibited content or misuse.
Availability and termination
We aim to keep ReImaginalo available, but the service may change, pause, or be unavailable from time to time. We may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these terms, creates risk, or misuses the service.
Disclaimers
ReImaginalo is provided as-is and AI results are not guaranteed to be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every marketplace, advertising platform, or business use. You are responsible for final review, listing accuracy, and compliance with rules that apply to your sales channels.
