Privacy Policy

We collect the information needed to run ReImaginalo: account details from Google sign-in, the photos or images you choose to upload, generation settings, usage records, support messages, and basic device or log information used to keep the service reliable.

Payment processing is not currently enabled. Before accepting payments, ReImaginalo will identify its Merchant of Record and update this policy with the payment information that provider processes. ReImaginalo will not need your full card number to provide the service.

When you use Google sign-in, we receive account information such as your name, email address, profile image, and Google account identifier. We use this to create your account, keep you signed in, show account state, and contact you about service or billing matters.

ReImaginalo uses uploaded images to generate cleaner product-style or presentation-ready images for sellers, small businesses, resellers, and creators. We store uploaded images, generated images, generation status, and related metadata so you can review, download, and manage your results.

Please upload only images you have the right to use. Avoid uploading sensitive personal information or images that you do not want processed for image generation.

We may send uploaded images, generation instructions, and related technical details to AI, storage, hosting, authentication, and image-processing providers that help us operate ReImaginalo. These providers are used to deliver the requested generation workflow and maintain the service.

We may use cookies, local storage, and similar tools to keep you signed in, remember account state, prevent abuse, improve performance, understand product usage, and remember your language preference. If optional analytics or marketing tools are added later, they should be used in a limited way that supports the ReImaginalo service.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for account data, uploaded images, generated images, and billing-related records. No online service can promise perfect security, so you should use a strong Google account and keep access to your account protected.

Our data retention approach is to keep account, uploaded image, generated image, usage, credit, subscription, and payment metadata only as long as needed to provide ReImaginalo, meet legal or tax obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain business records.

You may request deletion of your account or images. Once payments are enabled, some transaction, invoice, tax, refund, and compliance records may need to be retained where required by law or legitimate business needs.

You can choose what photos or images to upload, download your generated images, stop using the service, cancel eligible subscriptions, and contact us about privacy questions or deletion requests.
